A record comprises five parts:

There are two areas that text can be entered into a Heurist record:

Extended text: using the WYSIWYG editor which allows basic formatting of text and shared document composition.

Discussion: this provides a space for the exchange of ideas or views and records the names of the contributors.

The Extended text area allows the user adding their own notes to choose to make them private or public.  In contrast to the Discussion area, which is intended for a shared view.
