Frieda Keysser was born in Geroldsgruen in Bavaria. She was one of two children to a Franconian mine owner, see page 183 of JTHB for more Frieda sailed from Germany to Australia in 1895. Married Carl at Point Pass in South Australia before travelling by horse and buggy to Hermannsburg. Frieda returned to Germany in 1931. They had six children.
