Detail Types

Heurist records can be enhanced by adding non-standard fields for the record types. That is, Heurist enables a user to add ANY field (detail type) in the Heurist database to a record.

Select a Heurist record
Click Edit (record opens in new window)
Click Show all fields hyperlink (below the horizontal bar the Additional data option appears)
Click the drop-down menu for 'Additional data'
Select the detail type
Click Add
