To send a reminder (notification):


    1. Select a Heurist record
    2. Click Edit
    3. Click Personal Information on left-hand panel
    4. Select your own name, the name of a Workgroup, a Colleague Group, or external email address to notify
    5. Select Now or Later / Periodic to define When the message is sent, on what date and how regularly
    6. Add a message (if required)
    7. Click Store
