All Records

The All Records search searches across all records in the database (other than those marked as hidden records of workgroups of which you are not a member).

A user may wish to make use of records that other users have added to Heurist and enabled public access, e.g. any user may tag a record.  To enhance a Heurist record with new data though; a user must have permission to view and to edit the record.
