  1. Select a Heurist record
  2. Click Edit (record opens in new window)
  3. Click Show all fields hyperlink
  4. Click browse button by Thumbnail image field
  5. Browse to locate thumbnail image
  6. Select the image
  7. Click open in dialogue box (upload message confirms file has been uploaded)
