Workgroup Tags

To refer easily and quickly to Heurist records (as a group of researchers working collaboratively), records can be enhanced by adding Workgroup tags to them.  The specific benefit of adding Workgroup tags as an enhancement of a Heurist record is to use vocabulary that is familiar and meaningful to the group. 

A workgroup administrator maintains the list of tags used by the workgroup.  Only workgroup members are able to use these tags.  These tags appear in the record in the Keywords area but are only visible to the members of that Workgroup.
